14. Ethics in ML & Outlook

In this last lecture we will reflect on ethics in machine learning.

We will ask ourselves the questions:

• What is ethics in machine learning?

• What are the ethical concerns commonly arising in the field?

• What are the dangers to foresee in the future with the ever-expanding machine learning implementations?

• How to ensure ethics in machine learning?

The second part of the lecture is a list of links for those of you willing to continue to learn about machine learning: where to deepen your knowledge, practice, tackle machine learning challenges and connect with African and world renowned organizations.
